ingrediënten (voor 4 personen):
  • 20 spring roll sheets
  • 2 cups of minced pork
  • 1 cup of shrimps
  • 1 cup of rice noodles
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 2 coriander roots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 spring onions
  • frying oil
  • deepfrying oil

  1. Chop up the mushrooms, shrimps, coriander root and garlic. Grind the coriander root, garlic, pepper, and salt together. Soften the noodles in some water.
  2. Heat the frying oil in the stirfrying pan, and add the mixture of coriander root, garlic, pepper and salt. Fry briefly and add the pork and shrimps. Fry until done.
  3. Add the mushrooms and noodles, and fry briefly. Bring to taste with soy sauce. Put the filling in a bowl and put it aside to cool down.
  4. Put one tablespoon full of filling on every sheet and fold it together like a bag (all sides up and grab together the ends). Rip strips of the green part of the spring onion, and use these to tie around the bags.
  5. Heat the deepfrying oil in a pan. Deepfry the bags until golden yellow. Let them leak on a piece of absorbing paper.
  6. Serve with chilli sauce.
